The Frazier Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute focuses on three main, overlapping areas of research with an emphasis on reduction of treatment toxicity, long-term survivorship and treatment equity. These three main areas include (1) the treatment of germ cell tumors in pediatric and adolescent patients; (2) the unique needs and challenges facing adolescent and young adult patients; and (3) the development of high-quality cancer registries in Low- and Middle-Income Countries.
The Frazier Lab's strength lies in the integration of multi-disciplinary scientific methods from a plethora of fields including bioinformatics, basic science, retrospective and prospective clinical research, and behavioral health to inform research questions and initiatives.
